Leigh Audin, Head Distiller/Production Manager
Leigh is our main man, mashing grains, distilling gin, filling whiskey barrels, and keeping the coffers full of finished product.
He came to us from The Tea Spot in Boulder where he worked as a production manager. Before that, he worked with Abbott & Wallace Co-owner John Abbott Young at Avery Brewing Company, 2013–2014.
There, Leigh managed special projects, which usually incorporated wild yeast fermentations and specialty barrel finishes. He exemplifies the modern exploration of Abbott & Wallace’s mission. And since joining the team in August of 2021, we’ve quadrupled our special projects program.
2023 will be a new dawn of flavor for Abbott & Wallace, raising the bar with consistency and exploration of flavor, and Leigh will lead the charge. We’re fortunate to have him pick up where HK left off.
