Join us in a New Year’s shoutout to Chase Riley, Abbott & Wallace’s bar manager.

With a background that includes Ash’Kara Boulder and a three-year apprenticeship with Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado, Chase is a straight-up master of flavor. Those original cocktails in our tasting room you’ve tried—wonder where in the world they come from? Chase is responsible for most of them. He gets an idea and doesn’t stop until perfection.

Chase also recently married, and the couple moved just a few blocks from the distillery. He’s a rock for Abbott & Wallace, and a smiling face for our community. Oh, and please: Tell Chase all your ideas and give him feedback. He’s about community as much as we all are.
